6-session package for previous clients
As a previous client of Healthcare Coaching Associates, LLC, you are entitled to a 20% discount off my usual per session fee of $250, under the following conditions:
1. You agree to commit to six sessions of coaching within a four month timeframe.
2. You prepay $1200 for all six sessions.
3. If you wish to pay monthly, there is a small service charge. The monthly payment is $425 per month for three months.

CME credit for Coaching
You may now receive CME credits for being coached. Through my account with CMEfy.com you're eligible to receive one credit for each coaching session up to 10 sessions. There is a $20 charge per credit to cover my costs. Depending upon the policies of your organization you may be able to use your continuing education allowance to pay for your coaching, although I do not guarantee that it will be allowed.
