6-session package for previous clients

As a previous client of Healthcare Coaching Associates, LLC, you are entitled to a 20% discount off my usual per session fee of $250, under the following conditions:
1. You agree to commit to six sessions of coaching within a four month timeframe.
2. You prepay $1200 for all six sessions.
3. If you wish to pay monthly, there is a small service charge. The monthly payment is $425 per month for three months.
